Offset Floor Tile Designs

If you are looking for something a bit different to a regular tile effect in your room, we offer a collection of different stone effects giving the appearance of natural limestone or slate.

Random Pattern Effect

Individual tiles are cleverly designed to give a random effect to your floor. Each tile is laid with a decorative design strip creating a unique look to your space.

Karndean Designflooring has a wide range of personalisation options to help you achieve a unique look for your room. Why not try a design strip between wood effect planks for a different effect or to replicate the gaps between real wood floor boards?

You can also use design strips as borders around the edge of your room or around a key feature such as a fireplace or kitchen island unit. Thinner 3mm and 5mm strips can be used as keyline borders or in combination with wider 10mm, 30mm or 76mm widths to form a tramline design.

Design and feature strips that can be combined with this floor are shown below. Strips can also be requested as samples. To order a sample, simply click 'Add To Basket' next to the strip you like.

Art Select stones add real impact to your living space. Our most intricate designs have been lovingly crafted to reflect the natural materials that inspired them. We’ve designed our Art Select range to withstand the pressures of a busy household. It won’t split, crack or chip and has a non-porous surface that’s hygienic – food and drink won’t contaminate or stain the surface. It’s easy on the eye, quiet on the ear and feels soft and warm on the feet too.

Choose from large scale tiles or random pattern formats, you can also combine our full size Travertine tiles with their matching FreeLengths for a more distinctive floor design.

Should any part of the floor become damaged, the individual tile and plank format means you can easily replace the damaged plank or tile.
