With a goal of bringing a modern feel to the traditional Los Angeles law office of Epstein Becker Green, designer Catie Underhill of Wolcott Architecture aimed to provide a floorcovering that would add a modern touch while alleviating pain points of the existing carpet and marble floors.
After looking at other LVT manufacturers, Karndean Designflooring immediately caught the client’s eye, and after learning more about the product, Underhill and team chose Pearl Oak LLP306 from the LooseLay Longboard product range. Pearl Oak LLP306 is a modern and stylish distressed wood look, with hints of warm undertones and a lightly brushed surface texture.
